How the GPF Glass Milk Bottle Club works:
Get in touch! Let us know how many 1/2 gallon or quart bottles you’ll be picking up each week
Pay a deposit for those bottles and select your pick up day. We bottle three times per week - when you pay the bottle deposit, you’ll be able to select the pick up day you’d like.
Pick up your milk - your bottles will be in the Barn Store cooler with your name on them, return the bottles from the previous week (with your name on them), and you are good to go!
Examples and Questions/Answers:
If you know that you will be buying 2 1/2 gallons per week and picking up on Mondays, you’ll connect with us and let us know that Monday is your day, and you’ll then purchase 4 bottles. The following Monday, you’ll come to the store and pick up 2, the next week you’ll bring back the 2 you had at home, and pick up your fresh 2 all ready and waiting for you! We’ll continue to rotate your bottles, and have 2 1/2 gallons ready for you on Mondays.
Question - What if one of my bottles breaks at home?
Answer - We’ll have spares! Just let us know as soon as you can, or leave a note when you drop off the previous week’s bottle, and we’ll arrange for you to purchase a new one.
Question - I already have GPF bottles at home, do I need to buy new ones?
Answer - No if you have GPF bottles at home, let us know and we’ll coordinate on quantity/applying those deposits to your new arrangement when you join the Glass Bottle Club.
Question - How much are the bottles?
Answer - Currently, they are $5.00 each
Question - What are the pick up days?
Answer - Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays - our milk is clean, and we are really proud of that! We put 7 days on the milk as a use by date, and feel confident that will allow one of these pick-ups to work for your schedule.
